You’ve found the perfect wedding dress and now you can’t imagine saying “I do” without your best friends by your side. To avoid this, we recommend that our brides purchase their bridesmaid dresses within the same order so we can ensure they are from the same collection/batch. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience however we will always do our best to accommodate where possible. This includes styles which are restocked as there can be colour differences between productions.
Please contact our customer service team should you wish to lodge a return for a note: Each style of our bridesmaid collection are individually dyed and as such, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the same colour or tone will match for different styles. Please note this excludes items that are marked at a discounted price. The timeframe begins from when you receive the dresses. If your items arrive outside this time frame a credit will be issued. This is a strict 14 day policy for residents in Australia and 30 days for International orders.

If you have purchased 3 or more of the same dress from our Ever After Collection in one transaction you will be eligible to return these dresses for a full refund should they not suit (postage not included). We understand purchasing for your special day can be difficult so we are offering an alternate returns policy for our brides. Please note: Any purchases made during our sales period cannot be repurchased for the same sale price if returned for incorrect size/change of mind reasonings.
